  1. Booking an Appointment:
    Appointments can be made online, via phone, or through our social media channels. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during peak hours.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
  3. Late Arrivals:
    We understand that things happen! However, if you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. If you’re running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    A no-show without prior notice may result in a fee or a requirement to pay for future appointments in advance. We value your time and appreciate your consideration in informing us if you’re unable to attend.
  5. Payment:
    Full payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
